They are seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to enhance their Talent Acquisition processes, focusing on operational infrastructure, analytics, and workflow optimization to support rapid organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as strategic owner and administrator of Ashby ATS, including workflows, reporting, automations, integrations, and process governanceBuild and maintain executive recruiting dashboards, funnel analytics, capacity planning models, and operational reportingPartner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design scalable recruiting processes supporting rapid organizational growthAnalyze funnel conversion, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring bottlenecks to identify and implement operational improvementsDevelop and maintain recruiting SLAs, process documentation, reporting standards, and operational best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve recruiter efficiency, interview process effectiveness, and hiring manager experienceEnsure recruiting data integrity, source attribution accuracy, and stage consistency across all recruiting workflowsSupport workforce planning and recruiting capacity forecastingImprove operational efficiency across candidate experience, interview workflows, scheduling processes, and reporting accuracyPartner cross-functionally with HR, People Operations, Finance, and business leaders on hiring operations initiatives and process improvementsSkills5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or Recruiting Program ManagementExperience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling recruiting organizationsStrong ATS administration experience requiredAdvanced experience with recruiting analytics, funnel reporting, dashboard development, and operational metricsStrong proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and recruiting analytics toolsExperience presenting recruiting analytics, operational insights, and process recommendations to leadership stakeholdersStrong process optimization and workflow design capabilitiesProven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvementsStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and recommendationsExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate independently and influence cross-functional stakeholdersAshby experience strongly preferredExperience supporting sourcing-heavy and high-volume recruiting environments preferredBenefits100% company-paid insurance premiums for employee medical, dental and vision plans.401(k) plan that matches 100% up to 4%, with immediate vestingProfessional Development Reimbursement of $2,500 each year11 Holidays + Paid Time Off Accrual + Rollover PlanCommitment matters to Vultr!
