They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless hiring experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reportingCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriateUtilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient processWrite, review, and send candidate offer letter packetsServe as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiriesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS)Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requestedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experienceAt least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative roleExceptional organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR softwareSuccessFactors experienceEffective time management and ability to prioritize competing demandsCompany OverviewPerdue Farms is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for everyone we touch through innovative food and agricultural products It was founded in 1920, and is headquartered in Salisbury, Maryland, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
