[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator-Contract

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Global Talent Acquisition Organization by managing scheduling and recruitment tasks, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, and providing support for stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.ResponsibilitiesManage sensitive and confidential candidate information, ensuring compliance with global data privacy standards for all recruitment and onboarding activitiesHeavy scheduling of interviews, some with a same-day turnaround timeComplete tasks assigned, while following internal processes and adhering to deadlinesProvide prompt response and updates to stakeholdersInitiate offer letters, employment agreements, approval processes, and ensure prompt follow up and communication to RecruitersAdminister international background check processWork individually or as part of a team to complete deliverableProvide primary support for the US with potential coverage across Canada and South AmericaAdhoc projects as they arise, which may include support in other regions the company operates inSkillsBachelor's degree or relevant professional experience1+ years of professional experience, with a focus on complex calendar management and scheduling; global administrative experience is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of an organizationStrong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing high-touch customer service to internal and external partnersStrong organizational skills and high level of attention to detailCapacity to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads with minimal supervisionExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically TaleoBenefitsComprehensive benefits optionsCompany OverviewMilestone Technologies is a global IT Services and Digital Solutions company based in Silicon Valley that helps hundreds of leading corporations deliver technology around the globe.
