[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support and manage recruiting efforts in a fully remote environment, maintaining candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to keep the recruiting process organized and up to dateSource and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive outreachAssist with creating, posting, and updating job advertisements across recruiting platforms and hiring channelsReview resumes and assist with initial candidate screening to help identify strong-fit candidates for open rolesCoordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams across a fully remote organizationCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a professional and organized candidate experienceManage candidate pipelines, interview progress, and recruiting workflows to help drive hiring efforts from sourcing through candidate selectionSupport hiring managers by coordinating recruiting updates, follow-ups, and next steps throughout the hiring processHelp improve recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring workflows as the organization continues to growHandle candidate and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentialitySkills1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR coordination, or a similar coordination-focused roleExperience maintaining candidate records, recruiting systems, interview schedules, and hiring workflowsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teamsStrong organizational accuracy across scheduling, documentation, candidate records, and recruiting coordination activitiesCapable of working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with hiring priorities and team needsProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platformsExperience coordinating recruiting, talent acquisition, or hiring processes in a fast-paced technology, MSP, or professional services environmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflow toolsExperience scheduling interviews and communicating professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams in a remote organizationStrong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and recruiting updatesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detailFamiliarity with IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven organizations is preferredBenefitsFully paid individual healthcare, vision and dental insurance for the employee.Paid certification and training opportunities.Three weeks of paid vacation + 10 paid holidays.A supportive environment with a focus on keeping healthy work-life balance.Retirement benefit (401k) with company match.Company OverviewSentinel Blue is a cybersecurity company that offers extensive managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to SMEs.
