[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts across the organization and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Responsibilities Support sourcing efforts across active roles — researching candidates, understanding market trends, building pipelines, and drafting outreach messages on LinkedIn and other platforms Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates and hiring managers with care and efficiency Maintain our ATS, ensuring candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and up to date Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed and engaged Assist with job description drafting and posting roles across relevant job boards Over time, take on increasing ownership of full-cycle recruiting for defined roles Skills 1–2 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or a coordination-heavy role Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles and moving pieces without dropping the ball Strong written communication; you know how to write an outreach message that gets a response Comfort working in an ATS and picking up new tools quickly A collaborative, low-ego approach!
