Job Overview To support our expanding team, HUNGRY is looking to bring on an experienced and detail-oriented recruiter to find great talent and provide an excellent onboarding experience to all new hires. This is a high-volume recruiting position focused on hiring the personnel necessary to support all of HUNGRY’s operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, excellent communicator, and someone who works well with all who interact with the hiring team. We are currently seeking individual with Part-Time availability with potential to transition to full time. Temp to hire. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter/Screener to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, responsible for screening, interviewing, and engaging talent across various driving positions with our Last Mile Dept. Your proactive approach will help us identify top-tier candidates efficiently while providing an exceptional candidate experience. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth by sourcing and nurturing high-quality talent. Responsibilities • Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone calls to assess qualifications and skills. • Respond to potential candidates and pre-qualify for correct market. • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process using our internal applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Accurately track potential candidates throughout the interview process to ensure that they are fully onboarded (if applicable) in a timely manner. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions for clarity. • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback. • Schedule and confirm interviews for the Senior Recruiters. • Maintain Pipeline updated. • Accurately verify and file onboarding paperwork to ensure that all needed documentation has been received and is on hand prior to the candidate’s start date. • Attend Daily Huddles. • Full Training provided. Experience • Proven experience in screening and recruiting or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Knowledge of Slack, Google Sheets. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across diverse stakeholders • Experience conducting interviews for a variety of roles including entry-level positions.
