Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, interview, and recruit talented sales associates to realize team expansion goals.
Facilitate the onboarding and training of new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps until their first 10 closings, before transitioning them to the Director of Sales.
Collaborate with sales associates to establish and achieve their career objectives, conducting bi-monthly one-on-one check-ins.
Drive team performance by motivating members and holding them accountable through regular performance reviews.
Manage lead activities, ensuring adherence to follow-up protocols.
Conduct and facilitate sales meetings, lead script practice, and assist agents in their lead generation efforts.
Set ambitious goals for team members, develop project plans, and support their ongoing career advancement.

Compensation And Benefits
Base Salary: $24,000, complemented by a generous bonus structure with the potential to earn six figures.
