The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting field-level security roles, screening applicants, and improving recruitment strategies across various markets in the US.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring requisitions within an ATS then screening and interviewing applicantsUtilize different dashboards and resume searches for assistance in sourcing and interviewingCreates profiles on hiring needs for locations in different marketsAssists with Recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the USMakes recommendations to management regarding Recruitment improvements neededMeets with Manager and makes recommendations from analytical findings to improve overall success within Talent AcquisitionPerforms additional functions, duties and tasks of a similar nature and scope as may be required by department management to achieve initiativesAssists with applicant tracking system compliance and functionsSkillsAssociates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired.
