Allied Benefit Systems is seeking a Recruiter II (Temporary) who will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This role is crucial for attracting and hiring high-quality talent to support the organization's ongoing growth and success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in alignment with organizational goalsPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trendsPartner with internal stakeholders to drive efficient recruitment process and sound hiring decisions by meeting with managers to understand the requirements of the position and the needs of the departmentWork with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions to be used for job postingsUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to Attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positionsPromote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choiceDevelop candidate pipelines from a diverse selection of source channelsEnsure assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectivelyDefine and implement talent attraction and active and passive sourcing strategies targeted by role and/or function, adjusting as needed throughout the recruitment process. Develop job advertisementsConduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding the candidates' experience and skills to perform the job functionExtend offers and negotiate compensation based on budgets and internal equityEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboardingInitiate onboarding plan for new hires. Facilitate orientation for new employeesKeep abreast of trends in the employment market as well as with new recruitment tools and technologiesLeverage Applicant Tracking System and other data to report on recruiting metrics including - Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Conversion, Source Channel Performance, etcOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience requiredA minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full-service recruiter is requiredInnovative recruiting strategy development skills are requiredMust have the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver exceptional customer service to the internal stakeholdersMust be able to work independentlyExperience with sourcing, passive recruitment, and attracting candidates via social media and networkingExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills are requiredExcellent verbal and written communications skills are requiredExcellent Microsoft skills- Outlook and Word; ATS database experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentSHRM certification is preferredBenefitsRemote friendly culture offers flexibility and the comfort of working from homeThe internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps uploadReliable internet service is essential for staying connected and productiveCompany OverviewAllied offers insurance products, self-insurance solutions, custom insurance and healthcare solutions to the individuals and organizations.
