The Recruiter II will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-impact leaders while partnering closely with business leaders to secure top talent.ResponsibilitiesSources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring managerDevelops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters. Maintains effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are metWorks on staffing issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factorsEnsures compliance within all legal aspects of recruitingPromotes the organization as an employer of choiceDetermines best avenue in recruitingMay contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goalsEffectively assesses the staffing needs of the business units and takes appropriate steps to meet service levelsExercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
