They are seeking an experienced Recruiter for their Fixtures & Merchandising Division to support nationwide hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising DivisionSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsConduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisionsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwideTrack candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking systemCreate and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platformsSupport onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processDevelop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirementsMonitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to managementPartner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demandsSkills2+ years of recruiting experienceExperience managing multiple open positions simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applicationsRecruiting experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, field services, or related industriesExperience recruiting for nationwide field teamsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practicesBenefitsUnlimited PTORemote work environmentCareer growth opportunitiesCompany OverviewBrandpoint Services provides construction, building maintenance, painting, site surveying and project management services to industries.
