This role involves partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition to fill various roles across creative and operational teams, emphasizing relationship-building with hiring teams and candidates.ResponsibilitiesManage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiationPartner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for current and future business needsGuide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and engaged along the wayTrack candidates in Greenhouse to ensure accurate and up to date recordsProactively build a pipeline of candidates for current and future rolesProvide a best in class candidate experienceSource and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out thereSkillsA flexible and proactive attitude with a positive, solution-focused mindsetExceptional organizational skills and a process-driven mindsetExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience closing junior to senior level positions, and the ability to carry the conversation with hiring managers and leadership teamsComfort managing multiple priorities and pivoting as needs changeExperience sourcing and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusionThe ability to work West Coast hours, or be based on the West Coast3-5+ years as a Recruiter in a digital agency or in-house creative environmentCompany OverviewKettlenyc is an independent digital agency From immersive story-telling to bleeding edge software.
