Connect n Care ABA is seeking a full-time Recruiter to support hiring for Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for BT, RBT, and other ABA clinical positionsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreachIdentify and engage qualified candidates in a competitive, high-volume hiring environmentConduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical readiness, experience, and overall fitApply sound judgment to evaluate candidates and make strategic hiring recommendationsExtend offers and guide candidates through the hiring processDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through day oneParticipate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiativesTrack and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline healthMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATSMeet hiring goals and performance expectationsSkills1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume recruitingExperience sourcing candidates and managing multiple open positions at onceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable conducting phone and virtual interviewsExperience using ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to successfully pass a background checkAuthorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipVirginia, North Carolina, Maryland or West Virginia residency requiredInterest in learning about ABA services and clinical career pathsBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and PTO benefitsWellness benefits that support your overall well-beingA supportive and collaborative Talent Acquisition teamRemote work environmentStrong leadership, clear processes, and ongoing professional supportA culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and continuous improvementCompany OverviewAt Connect n Care ABA we are committed to providing top notch quality ABA care to each and every child.
