The role involves full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession security and technical roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and managing candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession security and technical roles—from sourcing through offer and closeSource and identify candidates for security-focused roles (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud security, infrastructure security) using a variety of channelsScreen and assess candidates to evaluate technical skills, security domain expertise, and role alignmentPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting plansManage candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring processLead candidate progression through interviews, debriefs, and offer/closing stagesBuild and maintain pipelines of early-career security and technical talentMaintain accurate candidate records and activity in recruiting systems in alignment with process and compliance expectationsContribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groupsSkills5–7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experienceExperience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closingExperience hiring for security roles (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud security, infrastructure security, identity/security engineering)Experience in high-volume recruiting environmentsExperience supporting early-in-profession/university hiring (intern, entry-level) and industry hiringStrong ability to source and engage specialized security talent, including passive candidatesStrong communication, stakeholder partnership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systemsCompany OverviewBCforward is an information technology consulting and staffing firm.
