Requirements:
ย 3+ years of Agency Recruiting experience
ย Cold calling experience
ย Strong phone presence & the ability to engage with C-suite professionals in the building materials industry
ย Strong verbal and written communication skills
ย Time management skills
Day in the Life of a Recruiter:
ย Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using internal CRM, market research, data Sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and cold calling
ย Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts during calls
ย Cold & warm call prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that are currently available with our clients
ย Qualify and align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and a ยbest fitย for the opening
ย Continually pre-close and close the candidate on the opportunity for which they are being presented
ย Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing.
