In this role, you will engage with applicants and warm-sourced candidates to schedule them for the interview process and qualify candidates for various positions. Responsibilities Review and screen applications for assigned offices Qualify candidates and schedule them for interviews, briefings, and recruiting events Clearly explain meeting details, location, position expectations, and the Bankers Life culture and opportunity Adhere to ERC best practices and maintain the established candidate screening process Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance metrics Maintain a working knowledge of business strategy and industry trends to align candidate qualifications with hiring needs Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned Skills Detail-oriented Highly motivated Strong communication skills Ability to follow established processes efficiently and accurately Adept at managing multiple calendars Scheduling interviews Utilizing Microsoft Office and other business systems Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues Provides excellent customer service Communicates professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders Goal-oriented Highly organized Detail-focused Ability to work independently Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment Genuine interest in recruiting and talent acquisition Company Overview Bankers Life is a financial firm that provides investment strategies, medical expenses, retirement planning, and insurance solutions.
