They are seeking a Recruiter who will assist in developing recruiting strategies, act as a brand ambassador, and engage in community outreach to fulfill staffing needs. Responsibilities Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations Acting as the Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers Source and attend scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events Skills Seeking a minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, human resources, education, customer service, or other equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communicator Customer service focus MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Candidates must live in Jackson, MS Ability to travel up to 20% - 50% to hire, recruiting, school, talent and other applicable events Valid US driver's license in good standing Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview Kelly Education® is the leader and most experienced provider of substitute teachers nationwide.
