Remote Records Clerk

You should be familiar with creating and managing physical and digital filing systems, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be essential in managing the extensive records we maintain.
Responsibilities
? Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring proper organization and indexing of records
? Sort, categorize, and file documents and records according to established procedures
? Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
? Retrieve and deliver requested documents and records to authorized personnel in a timely manner
? Assist in the development and implementation of records management policies and procedures
? Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely records transfer and disposal
? Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding record keeping
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent qualification
? Previous experience as a Records Clerk or in a similar role is preferred
? Proficient computer skills, including experience with document management software and systems
? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
? Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding record keeping
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
