Remote Receptionist - Pool & Spa Service Company
Location: Remote (Must work EST hours) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST Pay: $15/hour Hours: 25 hours per week (Part-time) About Us Sailor Pool & Spa is an established pool and hot tub service company serving Southeast Michigan. We provide repair and maintenance services to residential customers and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and reliable work. Our team is small, professional, and focused on quality. Position Overview We're seeking a reliable, professional receptionist to handle customer communications and scheduling from the comfort of your home. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the Eastern time zone. You'll be the voice of our company, managing customer inquiries and keeping our schedule organized. Responsibilities: • Check customer voicemails every 30-60 minutes throughout your shift • Return calls within 1 hour during your shift (10am-3pm) • Schedule service appointments using our simple Square system • Send appointment confirmations and follow-ups • Process payments and invoices in Square • Coordinate with field technicians via text/email on daily schedules • Maintain organized customer records Essential: • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Quiet, professional home workspace • Smartphone or computer with microphone for calls • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly • Available Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (no exceptions) This position would work best with someone wanting to work a remote job for supplemental income as the hours are limited.
