Remote Receptionist

Job Title Remote Receptionist / Live Support Specialist Position Overview We’re seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Receptionist. This role involves answering the phone and providing administrative support to Veterans during business hours. In this role, you will aid Veterans with appointment-related inquiries and assist them in navigating to our offices as needed. Responsibilities • Provide live support to Veterans during designated hours, addressing inquiries related to scheduled appointments. • Assist Veterans in navigating to our offices by providing clear directions. • Make reminder texts and calls to Veterans, notifying them of their upcoming appointment time and location. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our 50+ locations and 100+ providers. • Utilize web applications and Google Sheets to track appointments, update calendars, and manage appointment data. • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless communication. Requirements • Associates degree required, Bachelors degree highly preferred and/or 2+ years experience in healthcare and/or office management. • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with web applications, Google Maps, and Google Sheets. • Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask independently in a remote team environment while maintaining a calm, patient, and professional demeanor. • Must reside in North Carolina. • High speed internet and a private space to work. Pay and Benefits • 30-40 hours per week; shift will begin at 8 or 9am • Pay starts at $25/hr with growth opportunities tied to performance and dependability • Paid holidays upon employment. • Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits after 6 months of continuous employment. • Healthcare benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
