[Remote] Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Associate

This role is critical in supporting the creation and execution of clients’ real estate portfolio strategies while collaborating with client stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver actionable findings and recommendations.ResponsibilitiesOversee portfolio plans with client real estate goals and objectives in mindWorking with team members, to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and then organize data into logical communication and clear visualization as part of client presentation materialsSupport client projects from scope definition through strategy delivery. Ability to customize approaches to evolve with business needsAbility to understand and interpret data to provide conclusions of analysis. Identifying portfolio trends, consolidation, and other savings opportunitiesDevelop analytical modeling and other quantitative projections. Tracks and reports on transaction outcomes, cycle times, and financial impacts to support continuous improvement and transparencyBuild effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needsReview and ensure that all analyses delivered to the team and clients are accurate and meet deadlinesUse superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively impact client outcomesSupport and contribute to a collaborative, teamwork environmentImplement standardized processes that create maximum efficienciesSupport client Portfolio Management Team to drive effective oversight and decision makingSupport the development of strategic plans and provide strategic real estate advice to clientsAs required perform deeper market or site level analysis supporting long-term planning effortsSkillsUniversity Degree and/or College Diploma5 years of data and analytics experience requiredExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and other database systems as requiredProficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPointExperience in leading Real Estate Strategy preferableCompany OverviewCushman & Wakefield is a real estate services firm that offers retail investment, energy management, and property services.
