REMOTE Real Estate Litigation Attorney

If the dispute involves real estate or lending and is in state, federal or bankruptcy court, we are the go-to firm for sophisticated clients. Our innovative litigation strategies have made us a household name in the eviction space - recovering 100+ million in trophy properties across California in the last few years alone. Our team has built an incredible culture, and we are looking to add new attorneys as business continues to rapidly expand.
Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in real estate litigation cases, including disputes involving property ownership, leases, and contracts.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to real estate transactions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
Qualifications
• Active membership in the California State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate litigation.
• Strong understanding of real estate law and litigation processes.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
