Responsibilities Extensive legal research, excellent writing, and complex law-and-motion practice Depositions Jury Trials Skills 0-5 years of experience in real estate litigation A strong understanding of legal research platforms, including Westlaw and LexisNexis California Bar License is required to interact with clients, take depositions, and do trials Prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus Strong critical thinking skills Ability to work under pressure Benefits Mentorship and Training Comprehensive training programs, CLE opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring from senior attorneys.
