Remote Real Estate Lead Generation Sales Manager

Neighborhoods.com, the parent company of 55places.com, is looking for a Sales Manager located in the pacific or mountain time zone for a remote work from home opportunity. The role of Sales Manager will oversee Partner Agents that are responsible for educating our customers about communities, and answering specific questions about the housing options, amenities, lifestyle at popular active adult communities, and ultimately finding their next place to call home. A successful candidate will have the sales experience to increase CSAT scores, drive sales performance and conversion rate, and problem solve.

This role and all interviews will be 100% remote. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

OTE range: 70-90k (75% base, 25% bonus)

At 55places.com, our mission is to help 55+ homebuyers find, research and compare age-restricted and active adult communities throughout the country that offer homes, amenities, and lifestyle that cater to mature adults. The Sales Manager will be directly involved in helping and identifying needs for recruiting in assigned markets. They will play a key role in successful onboarding, training, and executing referral agreements. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in constantly monitoring and measuring that Partner Agents are meeting minimum standards for the company. They will collaborate across all departments to enhance features and tools that will aid the Partner Program in driving revenue and increasing market share.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Manager
• Onboarding, driving performance, and offboarding Partner Agents.
• Direct oversight over lead distribution and partner agent performance
• Driving sales performance and conversion rate in their assigned territory
• Driving positive Partner Agent behaviors - meet with and follow up with leads
• Training agents to follow best practices
• Hosting webinars
• Completing in-depth business reviews of assigned territories to drive change and actions

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of sales manager experience or a similar lead partnership program role, 3-5 years preferred
• Sales experience in a KPI-driven environment
• Lead Gen platform experience
• Real Estate industry knowledge & experience
• Knowledge of contract language
• Knowledge of 55+ communities and/or a willingness to learn details of specified communities
• Proactive communication and outreach
• Presentation skills
• Data analysis skills
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, focused, and motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be highly effective with various audiences (customers, agents, employees) across multiple channels including phone, Zoom, text, and email.
• Experience with:
• Lead generation platforms, inside sales and referral partnerships
• Salesforce, JIRA, Hubspot CRM or similar enterprise software
• Google workspace
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Preferred: residence within the pacific or mountain time zone.

Other Details
• Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and quarterly performance bonuses. When meeting expectations for all KPIs, on target annual earnings are $70k-$95k.
• This role may require local travel (up to 10%.)

• Interview with VP-Sales & Real Estate Operations - 30 minutes
