The role involves advising clients, coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing documentation, and mentoring junior agents. Responsibilities • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices • Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties while fostering long-term professional relationships • Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, legal teams, and third parties to facilitate smooth transaction execution • Oversee contracts, transaction documentation, and financial records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality • Provide expert guidance on complex sales scenarios, negotiations, and deal structuring • Monitor market trends and property data to support informed client decision-making • Support and mentor junior agents or team members, sharing insights on compliance, finance, and transaction management Skills • Active real estate broker license • Strong professional background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach • Proven ability to manage real estate offices or operate within commercial real estate environments • Strong knowledge of property sales, rentals, financing structures, and transaction workflows • High attention to detail with strong organizational and transaction management skills • Ability to navigate complex deal scenarios and provide strategic client guidance • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools • Experience mentoring real estate agents or providing strategic oversight • Familiarity with technology-driven compliance, finance, or AI-enabled real estate solutions Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
