Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide financial insights.
Collaborate and support a team to ensure consistent and excellent client service.
Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly managing multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
