[Remote] Real Estate Application Support Specialist II (MRI or Yardi)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Monitor ServiceNow queue and respond to client requests for support in a timely manner
ā¢ Prioritize and route client requests to other internal and external resources
ā¢ Document client requests and resolutions in ServiceNow
ā¢ Understand client metric and status reports
ā¢ Participate in client status calls
ā¢ Develop and present client and internal training on applications and business processes
ā¢ Track trends of service requests and work with clients to mitigate recurring incidents
ā¢ Submit accurate time and expense reports in a timely manner
