They are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Agent to leverage local market expertise and pricing knowledge to prepare accurate property BPO reports. Responsibilities • Prepare and deliver high-quality, comprehensive reports on time • Utilize our proprietary valuation platform and other technology tools effectively • Apply in-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and pricing dynamics to provide reliable Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) or price opinions • Stay informed on local market conditions, neighborhood trends, and pricing dynamics • Provide excellent customer service in communication with internal teams • Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements Skills • 2+ years of experience preparing BPOs, CMAs, or pricing residential properties • Proven experience producing accurate, well-supported BPOs or price opinions • Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary platforms • Active real estate license (and any state-required BPO credentials, where applicable) • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and pricing trends • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills • Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlines Company Overview • True Footage is a residential valuation platform that streamlines residential transactions.
