[Remote] Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Five-Star Realty Group is seeking a high-performing Acquisition Sales Representative who excels at building trust and closing deals over the phone. This commission-only role focuses on managing inbound seller leads, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into executed purchase agreements or listing referrals.

⢠Experience managing inbound seller leads
⢠Ability to qualify opportunities and convert them into executed purchase agreements or listing referrals
⢠Experience operating within a CRM system
⢠Ability to manage conversations, follow-ups, and sales pipeline efficiently
⢠Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
⢠Driven and takes initiative
⢠Customer service oriented
⢠Patience and active listening skills
⢠Ability to work independently
⢠Ability to work aggressively to connect with inbound leads
⢠Minimum of six (6) months of financial reserves to support during ramp-up period
⢠Evening and weekend availability
⢠Ideal DISC style is a High D / Mid-High I / Mid-High S / Low C
⢠Experience in a performance-driven, commission-only sales role
⢠Experience in a high-activity sales environment
