Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking a React Native Developer to join their team. The role involves leading the adoption of React Native and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-performance mobile applications. Responsibilities • Lead the adoption of React Native, designing strategies for seamless integration with existing native development teams • Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable native app features • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, pixel-perfect mobile experiences • Continuously optimize app performance and responsiveness • Contribute to technical planning and the evolution of Vanguard’s mobile architecture and tooling • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen the team’s native expertise Skills • Extensive experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native • Proficient in bridging native modules, managing platform-specific configurations, and integrating third-party SDKs • Strong command of TypeScript for building maintainable, type-safe codebases • Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, including startup time, bundle size, memory management, and frame-rate stability • Proficient in UI implementation, state management, and platform-specific behaviors • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects from conception to delivery • Effective collaborator in hybrid work environments (co-located and remote teams) • Experience to work with a large mobile development organization with more than 10 feature teams • Experience to lead the React Native adoption for an existing complex native iOS and Android app, using brownfield approach • Experience with React Native for web • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and maintain shared cross-platform design systems • Hands-on expertise with Expo SDK, EAS Build/Submit/Update, and OTA delivery workflows • Familiarity with app distribution platforms (TestFlight, Google Play Console) and automated release pipelines • Understanding of CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions and EAS Build • Proactive problem solver with a passion for adopting new mobile technologies and driving development velocity • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Company Overview • We are a prominent executive search & selection company, providing a wide range of recruitment solutions for various requirements.
