They are seeking a skilled Account Executive in Revenue Cycle Management to oversee client relationships and optimize revenue cycle processes, ensuring compliance and enhancing financial performance.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationshipsRegularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address issues, and provide updates on RCM performanceAnticipate client concerns and proactively address potential challengesWork with clients to identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve billing accuracy, and increase revenue collectionEnsure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and client-specific policiesMonitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the revenue cycleDevelop and deliver client-specific reports that provide insights on revenue trends, outstanding accounts, and operational performanceUse data to drive process improvements and make recommendations for enhanced efficiency and profitabilityInvestigate and resolve any escalated billing or collection issues promptlyCollaborate with internal teams (coding, billing, compliance, etc.) to resolve complex client concernsEnsure timely follow-up and resolution of denied or rejected claimsStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edgeRecommend process improvements and implement best practices to optimize the RCM workflowContribute to internal process documentation and training materialsSkillsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field - however level of experience in the industry also considered3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare finance rolesProven experience in client relationship managementDeep understanding of healthcare billing, coding, compliance, and insurance processesAbility to analyze complex data and provide actionable insightsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
