They are seeking a Rare Disease Account Manager to support their Specialty portfolio in the Pacific Northwest, engaging healthcare providers and coordinating patient support services.ResponsibilitiesCreate awareness about Cycle Pharma treatment options and the services that can be provided to support both HCPs and patients, through physician, nurse and office-based selling and promotional activityEngage accounts and HCPs through a variety of mediums including phone, email, video conferencing, and face to faceEducate regarding prescribing process and support services when you help a customer identify a patientPartner with our in-house HUB and wider patient support team to coordinate patient supportCoordinate community-based education through thought leaders when requestedProvide input to and collaborate with the Marketing departments and training teams regarding diagnosis, disease education and treatment education, tools and messagesExecute marketing programs and support medical meeting presence to communicate key messagesCollaborate with Medical Affairs on education and other initiatives when appropriateAdhere to compliance guidelinesDevelop and execute quarterly territory business planSkillsPharmaceutical and/or specialty pharmacy sales experience in: Allergy & Immunology, Urology, and Neuromuscular disordersExperience selling both biopharmaceutical products and services (Rare Disease sales experience is a plus)Proven field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry and Hospital/Institutional sales experienceConfident at delivering results that meet targeted objectivesExperience with CRM systems, Outlook, ExcelProven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, proactively sharing information and insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel > 70%Valid driver's license and clean driving recordBenefitsAn agile working policy which allows employees the flexibility to manage their appointments, start and finish times around our core working hours and the business need and deliverables.A collaborative high performing work environmentPerformance based bonusOpportunity to join a fast growing and ambitious business100% employer paid membership for Private Health InsuranceLife Insurance401k planCompany OverviewCycle Pharmaceuticals is a pioneering pharmaceutical company.
