They are seeking a Radiology PACS Administrator to provide technical expertise and solutions related to Radiology applications and support the healthcare enterprise’s infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and presents internal documentation to be utilized by the teamDevelops and presents external documentation to be utilized by clinical associatesCollaborate with both internal and external resource partnersWorks to mentor other associates on the teamGenerate any ad-hoc reporting as necessaryTroubleshoot support issues, Radiology applications and assists with analyst level escalationsRespond to internal customers/user problems, analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and detailed specificationsSkillsExtensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the following application: Change Healthcare Radiology PACS, GE Centricity PACS, Fuji Synapse PACS, GE Viewpoint, TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD, and other ancillary Radiology applicationsSolid foundation of imaging knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms/products and environments that support the Clinical Imaging SpaceExperience building and maintaining test and production environments for PACS imaging systems, including periodic application upgradesFamiliar with ServiceNow incident and task managementExperience with contribution to the development of project plans, identifies key milestones, and raises critical project issues such as resource needs and contingenciesProven ability to understand customer requirements and the impact on the technical direction of a solutionExperience on a large agile team while managing own work, with tasks of greater duration and complexityProven leadership experience in the clinical imaging spaceBenefitsHealth benefitsCompany OverviewOrion Groups provides IT consulting, custom software, cloud migration, integration, DevOps, and ongoing application support.
