Remote Radiology Locums | wRVU-Based Pay | Fast Credentialing

Remote Full-time
We are seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist for 100% remote locum tenens coverage supporting acute care hospital sites in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and West Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for radiologists comfortable with ED reading who prefer structured shifts, no call, and performance-based compensation.

This is a long-term, ongoing remote assignment with overnight and swing shifts available and a streamlined offer process.
Job Responsibilities: Provide remote diagnostic radiology coverage for acute care hospital sites in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and West Virginia.

Interpret high-volume Emergency Department imaging across XR, CT, MR, US, and NM modalities.

Maintain timely, high-quality reporting in accordance with established wRVU productivity standards.

Utilize client PACS, EMR, and dictation systems to ensure efficient workflow and documentation.

Adhere to all clinical, quality, and performance expectations throughout the assignment.

Maintain scheduled coverage commitments and minimum monthly hour requirements.
Qualifications: Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Active medical license in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or West Virginia.

Willingness to obtain additional state licenses preferred.

Minimum 2 years of post-training experience.

Demonstrated experience in ED radiology environments.

Ability to meet expected productivity benchmarks (~70 wRVUs per shift).

Successful completion of credentialing at two or more facilities.
Working Hours: Shift Length: 8 hours

Shift Types Available: Swing, Overnight

No call, no overtime.

Minimum Commitment: 40 hours per month

Providers must maintain at least 3 months of scheduled shifts throughout the contract.

Contract is ongoing, with start as soon as credentialing is complete (typically 30–60 days).
Skills: Strong proficiency in ED imaging interpretation.

Comfort with productivity-based compensation models (wRVU-driven).

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Ability to maintain quality and consistency under performance monitoring.

Proficiency with:

PACS: Merge / Change Healthcare

Dictation: Fluency / PowerScribe

EMR: Meditech / Epic

Clear, concise written communication and professional collaboration with clinical teams.
