[Remote] Radiology IT Project Manager

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing multi-site projects across various radiology practices, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple concurrent projects and programs across various stages of the project lifecycleDevelop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesPrepare and maintain master schedules for assigned projects and programsEnsure projects remain aligned with strategic objectives, scope, budget, and timelinesMonitor project performance and proactively identify risks, barriers, and issues requiring leadership interventionLead quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and implementation outcomesServe as the primary point of contact and representative for assigned projects and programsCommunicate project status, outcomes, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholdersFacilitate collaboration among operational, clinical, technical, and executive teamsLead and participate in project governance, steering committee, and status meetings as directed by the CIOBuild strong cross-functional relationships to support successful project execution and organizational alignmentDrive implementation excellence through effective planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluationIdentify root causes of project delays or performance gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective action plansCommunicate project objectives, priorities, and strategic alignment to project teamsApply project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve project outcomesConduct lessons-learned reviews and promote continuous improvement across the organizationMonitor project scope and ensure appropriate escalation, documentation, and resolution of scope changesEstablish and monitor project critical success factors, key performance indicators (KPIs), and measurable outcomesHold stakeholders accountable for project commitments and deliverablesSupport change management efforts associated with technology and operational initiativesPromote a collaborative culture focused on quality, efficiency, and organizational valueSkillsBachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) or more years of progressive project management experience)Master's degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience managing Healthcare IT, medical imaging, radiology, or healthcare technology projectsExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related project management toolsExperience with organizational change management initiativesVendor management and technology implementation experienceDemonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholdersExperience managing revenue-generating projects or strategic growth initiativesExperience in healthcare operations, radiology workflow, PACS, RIS, imaging informatics, or related clinical technologiesCompany OverviewCLA exists to create opportunities for our clients, our people, and our communities through industry-focused wealth advisory, outsourcing, audit, tax, and consulting services.
