They are seeking a skilled Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst to support critical Epic initiatives, focusing on the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Epic applications.ResponsibilitiesPerform Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance for Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modulesCollaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutionsTroubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution supportParticipate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgradesCreate and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change managementSupport integrated workflows across multiple Epic applicationsAssist with go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiativesEnsure system configurations align with organizational standards and best practicesParticipate in meetings with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvementSkillsPrevious experience as an Epic Build Analyst supporting: Radiant, Cupid, LumensStrong understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processesExperience with integrated clinical systems and healthcare operationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systemsEpic certifications in Radiant, Cupid, and/or LumensExperience with system upgrades, optimization projects, and integrated testingPrior remote consulting or contract experienceExperience working in large healthcare environmentsBenefitsW2 ContractRemote opportunity supporting a Houston-based healthcare organizationCollaborative team environmentLong-term contract potential based on performance and project needsCompany OverviewThe Wilshire Group is a healthcare consultancy that offers health information management, billing, signature and revenue integrity services.
