[Remote] Quantitative Researcher (Healthcare)

They are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to take on meaningful research ownership, working closely with account managers and the Head of Quantitative Research to support various research projects in healthcare.ResponsibilitiesYou will begin by working on dQ&A’s ongoing syndicated research studies, which are the best way to learn our markets, clients, data, systems, and research standardsYou will become familiar with our recurring patient and healthcare professional studies, survey design, analysis, reporting, and quality-control processesAs you build fluency, the role will expand into a mix of custom client projects and multi-client research studiesYou will work with account managers to design, analyze, and communicate quantitative research across patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional audiencesThis may include concept testing, message testing, pricing research, segmentation, market assessment, patient journey research, product experience studies, and special-topic multi-client researchYou will:Translate client questions into clear research approachesDesign surveys and analysis plansAnalyze data and identify client implicationsDevelop client-ready reports and presentationsPresent findings to internal teams and clientsWithin your first six months, you will have:Built fluency in dQ&A’s syndicated studies, systems, workflows, and reporting standardsDeveloped a working understanding of our diabetes, obesity, cardiometabolic, device, and pharmaceutical research contextBuilt credibility with account managers as a reliable research partnerTaken ownership of meaningful components of quantitative studiesProduced clear, accurate, client-ready analysis and reportingPresented findings or sections of findings confidentlyShown readiness to take on more responsibility across custom and multi-client projectsSkillsFive or more years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or consumer insightsStrong at turning business questions into workable research plansComfortable working directly with surveys, data, analysis, and reportsClear, concise, and insightful in written communicationSkilled at presenting and discussing findingsSelf-directed, collaborative, and comfortable managing overlapping prioritiesCollaborative and supportive in a team-based work environmentCurious about healthcare, patient experience, and commercial decision-making5+ years of quantitative research experienceHealthcare, life sciences, medical device, pharma, diagnostics, digital health, diabetes, obesity, or cardiometabolic research experienceSurvey design and analysis experienceExperience presenting findings to clients or senior stakeholdersExperience using AI tools to improve research speed, quality, analysis, or reportingExperience with Qualtrics and SPSSBenefitsHealthGym401(k) benefitsBonus potentialCompany OverviewdQ&A is a social enterprise that’s committed to making life better for people with diabetes.
