[Remote] Quantitative Analyst (Quant)

Alignerr is seeking a Quantitative Analyst (Quant) who will develop, evaluate, and interpret quantitative models for forecasting, optimization, and risk analysis. The role requires strong mathematical skills and the ability to analyze and communicate complex model behaviors clearly.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze model inputs, assumptions, and statistical validity
ā¢ Evaluate predictive model performance and identify unexpected behaviors
ā¢ Summarize quantitative findings in clear, structured formats
ā¢ Validate data pipelines, feature sets, and transformation logic
ā¢ Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or areas requiring recalibration
ā¢ Support recurring evaluations of quantitative frameworks and simulation outputs
Skills
ā¢ Background in quantitative finance, statistics, applied math, or data science
ā¢ Strong understanding of modeling techniques and statistical inference
ā¢ Ability to interpret complex model behavior and communicate it clearly
ā¢ Familiarity with Python, R, or quantitative modeling libraries
