[Remote] Quality Performance Testing Protocol Contractor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Horizontal Talent is seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to execute a key initiative that combines quality assurance with innovative testing protocols. The role involves collaborating with teams remotely and ensuring high standards in crafting and refining testing protocols for external laboratories.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the main liaison with external testing laboratories, crafting and refining testing protocols
• Ensure test protocols are accurate, complete, and meet quality requirements, adjusting them as necessary for consistency
• Coordinate efforts to finalize approximately 250 testing protocols within a deadline
• Document progress meticulously and provide consistent updates on status
• Identify any risks or delays in the process and create strategies to address them effectively

Skills
• Proficiency in quality assurance, testing, or compliance within relevant industries such as consumer products
• Understanding of laboratory testing environments and various testing methodologies
• Exceptional skills in documentation review and technical writing
• Ability to manage complex deliverables under strict deadlines with precision
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to collaborate across multiple external partners
• Experience in working with third-party labs or certification entities
• Background in private label or retailer-owned brands or global program support
• Project management experience ranging from four to five years
