[Remote] Quality Director - Trucking Operations

The Quality Director is responsible for overseeing operational performance, driving continuous improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee and evaluate operational performance to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standardsTrain, coach, and mentor operations personnel and leadershipLead implementation of new technologies, processes, and operational initiativesConduct quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implementedManage and review all key performance indicators (KPIs)Lead KPI review meetings and communicate performance trends and gapsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across operationsSupport new operation start-ups, including project management of implementation plansDemonstrate a consistently positive and professional demeanor, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentEncourage constructive dialogue for the team, even during periods of change or challengeHandle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
