They are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I to support quality assurance through data management, training, reporting, and problem resolution, while ensuring the integrity of training and quality control systems.ResponsibilitiesGain familiarity with Manheim Mobile Inspections quality and technical operations concepts, practices and methodologiesInvestigate, analyze and resolve inspection issues and arbitrations from both internal and external customersMaintain documentation, record, and ensure all involved information, including customer communication for an issue is housed within the QMSRespond to the customer promptly upon receipt of an email or phone call, maintain status updates, and ensure customer receives timely responses to findings and resolutionMust be able to successfully interface with operations, I.T., dispatch, and all Manheim departments in order to successfully find solutions and resolve issuesReview, analyze and make timely corrections to vehicle condition reports (CR’s) for all inspection issuesRequest, Monitor, track, and follow up on lessons learned, preventative and corrective actionsCommunicate progress, identify and promptly raise risks or issues to ManagerAssist with coaching and training documentationTesting of new guidelines, changes or adjustments to guidelines or the applicationLearns and complies with company standards and policiesRegular and consistent attendance and availabilityAssists with special projects and performs other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and work-related experiencePreferred 3-4 years' experience in an operations, vehicle inspections, body shop, quality or data analyst setting; customer service background a plus; Must understand the inspection business from a field levelExcellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize day-to-day responsibilitiesSelf-motivated and can motivate othersAbility to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environmentExcellent organizational skills, customer-focused, proactive, and team-orientedEffective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills requiredDetail oriented, highly focused and very organizedAbility to work with remote supervision, self-starter and have the ability to work independently to meet objectivesAbility to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environmentVision abilities required include close, distance and depth perceptionExposure to moderate noise levelsWork Conditions: Regular exposure to outside environmental conditionsTravel less than 10%Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes in order to meet business requirementsBenefitsPosition may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision)Retirement planning (401(k))Paid days off (sick leave, parental leave, flexible vacation/wellness days, and/or PTO)Company OverviewManheim continues to set the industry standard for buying and selling used vehicles today.
