Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a QA & Test Automation – AI Trainer to provide structured training on QA methodologies and test automation. The role involves designing training materials and collaborating with teams to enhance AI-driven testing workflows.

Responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured training sessions on QA methodologies and test automation for AI-driven systems
• Create detailed AI training prompts and hands-on exercises focused on quality assurance and testing scenarios
• Apply real-world QA and automation expertise to improve AI-driven testing workflows
• Develop, review, and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and adapt content to project needs
• Mentor contributors on automated testing tools and AI-assisted QA strategies
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine materials based on feedback and outcomes
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and test automation practices

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Strong professional experience in quality assurance and test automation
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of data-driven testing and AI applications in QA workflows
• Proven ability to design structured AI prompts and practical training exercises
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment
