They are seeking a Quality Administrative Specialist to support Quality Assurance Managers by coordinating licensing and accreditation efforts and maintaining the Quality Management System components across laboratories.ResponsibilitiesCentralize and manage all accreditation, licensing, and certification programsMaintain a master calendar and tracking system to ensure timely renewals and prevent missed deadlinesHandle the application process for scope expansions, ensuring accurate and timely submissionsMonitor and interpret regulatory requirements applicable to the organizationMaintain records of regulatory updates and communicate changes to relevant teamsAnalyze costs associated with licensing, accreditation, and compliance programsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsProvide financial reporting and insights to support budget planning for accreditation and licensing activitiesDevelop and implement processes to reduce administrative risks related to renewals and applicationsMaintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all certifications, licenses, and accreditationsHelp prepare and compile documentation for internal audits, external inspections, and management reviewsProvide administrative support for QA activitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of quality management system (QMS) documentsSkillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, healthcare, or quality management preferred2+ years of experience in a quality, regulatory, or administrative support role, preferably in a laboratory settingFamiliarity with laboratory accreditation and regulatory bodies (e.g., NVLAP, AIHA, TNI, NYDOH, CAELAP) is highly desirableStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, documentation, and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and experience with document control systemsAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in EnglishBenefitsExcellent full-time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation, personal days, and dental and vision optionsWe support your development!Eurofins companies are committed to supporting your career developmentPosition is Remote, full-time, with possible weekends and overtime as neededCandidates must be available to work Monday - Friday, day shift with the flexibility to work a shift to cover various time zonesCompany OverviewEurofins provides testing and support services to the pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and consumer products industries.
