The role involves building and maturing the owner-side quality management system to ensure quality expectations are met across multiple projects and disciplines.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and continuously improve the program-level QA/QC management system across data center projectsBuild quality governance, reporting structures, escalation paths, and accountability mechanismsStandardize quality plans, procedures, audit protocols, and KPIs across phases and tradesOversee contractor quality performance and lead gap assessments and corrective improvementsDrive program rollout, training, and continuous improvement, including root cause analysisSkills10+ years in construction, commissioning, or project delivery, including 7+ years in quality leadershipProven ability to develop and mature QA/QC systems at program or organizational levelExperience establishing quality governance, reporting, and contractor oversight practicesStrong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders and advocate for qualityAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)Travel as needed for site reviews and stakeholder alignmentData center or mission-critical facility experienceCommissioning stakeholder experience (Cx) and MEP coordinationCompany OverviewDataX Connect is a global data centre recruitment specialist.
