[Remote] QA Triage & Execution Analyst

They are seeking a QA Triage & Execution Analyst who will own the accuracy of automated test scripts by analyzing and debugging failures across pipelines.ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOpsCategorize failures: Test defect vs environment vs data vs codeScript-Level Debugging & Root Cause AnalysisDebug automation scripts written in: Playwright / SeleniumIdentify root causes such as: Flaky selectors (dynamic DOM changes), Synchronization/timing issues (wait conditions), Assertion mismatches, Data dependency failuresValidate API failures using: Postman or GraphQL toolsInspect logs and telemetry (App Insights, pipeline logs)Track trends and provide triage reportingSkillsOwns the stability, accuracy, and signal quality of automated test execution by systematically analyzing, debugging, and resolving failing scripts across pipelinesExecute and monitor pipelines in Azure DevOpsCategorize failures: Test defect vs environment vs data vs codeScript-Level Debugging & Root Cause AnalysisDebug automation scripts written in: Playwright / SeleniumIdentify root causes such as: Flaky selectors (dynamic DOM changes), Synchronization/timing issues (wait conditions), Assertion mismatches, Data dependency failuresValidate API failures using: Postman or GraphQL toolsInspect logs and telemetry (App Insights, pipeline logs)Track trends and provide triage reportingStrong debugging and analytical skillsExperience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshootingFamiliarity with test automation lifecycleExperience with observability tools (App Insights, Azure monitoring)Mortgage/FinTech experienceCompany OverviewPartnerOne acquires and grows enterprise software companies for the long term.
