[Remote] QA Engineer (Remote, RO)

They are seeking a QA Engineer who will be responsible for translating product specifications into test cases, conducting various types of testing, and engaging in continuous improvement of testing strategies. Responsibilities • Translate product specifications and designs into detailed test cases, then execute them to find and report bugs. • Conduct various types of testing, including functional and non-functional tests like usability, accessibility and mobile testing, on our SaaS web applications. • Document and track your work • Engage in continuous learning and improvement, helping us evolve our testing strategies. • Participate in sprint ceremonies within our Agile team to ensure a seamless QA process. Skills • 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing. • Experience testing web and mobile applications, including accessibility. • Experience with Playwright, Selenium or other similar testing tools. • Experience with test case management and issue tracking tools (Qase, TestRail, Jira). • Strong experience structuring, prioritizing, and optimizing QA work (plans, suites, regressions, documentation). • Strong experience translating complex problems into clear, testable scenarios. • Strong individual contributor with effective team collaboration. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools as needed. • Strong interest in technology and continuous learning. • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). • Automation testing experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow this skill long-term.
