[Remote] QA Engineer (Maintenance)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Goji Labs is seeking a QA Engineer to join a long-term engagement focused on maintenance across a portfolio of 20 projects. The role involves identifying and tracking defects, creating and updating test cases, and performing various types of testing for mobile apps and web flows.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve themCreate, audit, and update test cases and QA documentationPerform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testingCover iOS and Android mobile apps as the primary testing surface, with web flows tested as neededTake full ownership of QA on assigned maintenance projects, operating as the sole QA on each podAdapt quickly to different project contexts, domains, and cadences across a rotating weekly workloadSync with the PM daily to align on priorities and report status, blockers, and coverageSkills3+ years of QA engineering experienceStrong experience with mobile application testing (iOS and Android); web testing experience is a plusExperience as a sole QA on a project, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of qualityExperience creating and maintaining test cases and test plansGood understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and defect lifecycleStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesHands-on experience with Postman and/or Newman for API testingExperience using traffic inspection tools such as Charles or ProxymanFamiliarity with BrowserStack for cross-device testingComfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as part of the daily workflowStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly report status, blockers, and test coverage to a PM and development team on a weekly cadenceEnglish level B2 or higherExperience with a test management tool such as QA Sphere, Testiny, Zephyr, or similarExperience working across domains such as finance, e-commerce, healthcare, or third-party integrationsExperience with booking, rental, e-commerce, or payment-related productsFamiliarity with GitFamiliarity with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools in QA workCompany OverviewProduct Development Agency focusing on App & Software Development & UI/UX Design.
