The QA Engineer assists in end-to-end test strategy, drives both manual and automated testing across features, analyzes quality metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product reliability and process efficiency. Your Impact • Create manual and automated test cases based on project requirements. • Execute test cases to validate software functionality, usability, and performance. • Identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies in the software. • Document and report issues using bug-tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla. • Work closely with developers to understand features and resolve issues. • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide feedback for improvements-run test cases to verify bug fixes and ensure stability. • Confirm that resolved issues do not reappear in future builds. • Maintain detailed records of test cases, scripts, and results. • Prepare test reports for stakeholders and project managers.
