[Remote] QA Engineer

The role involves creating a QA strategy, providing automated test suites, and validating AI/LLM features while collaborating with various teams.ResponsibilitiesCreate a QA strategy across manual and automated testingProvide automated test suites and CI/CD quality checkpointsPerform AI/LLM feature validation, including hallucination detectionCollaborate with ML, platform, and product teamsSkills3+ years of experience in QA engineering or test automation (for SaaS platforms)Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript for test scriptingHands-on experience with Pytest, Cypress, Karate, or similar frameworksUnderstanding of testing APIs and backend servicesFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)Practical experience testing AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or conversational AI/agent workflowsBe comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsFamiliarity with prompt engineering and non-deterministic output validationAbility to design evaluation strategies for output correctness, stability, and relevanceExposure to LangChain, Temporal, Weaviate, or PineconeCompany OverviewSvitla is a global digital solutions company with over 20 years of industry experience.
