[Remote] QA Automation Tester with C# Experience and Healthcare Domain
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cognizant is hiring a QA Automation Tester to create and maintain automated test suites for PBM web applications. The role involves designing and developing automated UI test frameworks in C#, executing regression tests, and ensuring data integrity through SQL queries.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test frameworks in C#
ā¢ Execute regression and functional test suits across environments
ā¢ Validate data integrity using SQL queries
ā¢ Maintain quality standards by collaborating with developers, analysts, and QA leads
ā¢ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
Skills
ā¢ Strong programming skills in C# and understanding of OOP principles
ā¢ Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar UI automation tools
ā¢ Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation
ā¢ Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit
ā¢ Agile testing experience and participation in sprint-based QA activities
ā¢ Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
ā¢ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira)
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and test design abilities
